This former croft was once home to a shepherd, together with his animals and storage for hay.
It fell it to disrepair and was rebuilt in 2012 using the original bricks and flints where possible and copying the original timber structure.
We added a a modern glass extension that allows you to enjoy the garden and surrounding wooded land and take in the beautiful view of the estuary of the Seine, the Normandy Bridge and the bell tower of the Saint-Léonard church.
The house is spacious. The open ground floor consists of a kitchen, a dining area, the living and relaxing light filled extension,
a cosy comfy zone in front of a wood burning stove in an old fire place. Behind that is a quiet corner for contemplation or watching the TV.
On the upper floor, loft like and welcoming, are two bedrooms rooms separated by a landing.
Each room has its own bathroom area with a whirlpool bath in one of the bedrooms and a single bathtub in the other.
The house can accommodate 4 people + a baby.
